An emergency situation, as defined by BoultBox, arises when a senior officer of the Japanese Police or a similarly recognized law enforcement authority provides written assurance that immediate disclosure or action is necessary to protect the life, wellbeing, or property of individuals. BoultBox relies on the credibility of the requesting entity and expects them to indemnify BoultBox against any costs, damages, penalties, compensation, or liabilities arising from inaccuracies in the assurances provided.
The actions taken by BoultBox in these situations will be specified and agreed upon with the designated officer responsible. It maintains close coordination with authorized agencies, including providing them with designated contact details for emergency response situations.
